The Time-Digitizing Correlator Data Viewer
The Viewer, GViewer, and MGViewer are
identical except for the displayed
window headers. This documents'
images were generated by GViewer.

The panel views shown in this document are from the
GViewer program running in Windows XP / Windows 2003.
Newer versions of Windows (7-10) render the panels
in modified color and form.
Complete functionality is maintained.

Starting the GViewer program displays the main control panel
and graphing selection window. The tabbed selection window
is used to activate the graphing windows for the TG, LG, FC,
FR, BN, MT, ML, DG, DA, and RB spectra. Each tabbed selection
shows the correlated intervals / bins, the acquisition time,
total events in each channel, and acquisition count rate
in each channel. Selectable display parameters include
linear / logarithmic time scales and dot / line drawing mode.
The Min/Max mode spreads the vertical range to match that
of the data set rather than a set scaling factor. Additional
display modes will be noted with their respective graph
descriptions. The graph can be removed from the screen by
clicking the Hide Graph(s) button. The graph can be made
visible by double clicking the tab.
The GPX Data Viewer is a companion utility program
for the Gpx Time-Digitizing Correlator acquisition program.
Data saved by the 'GAdvisor' program can be read into the
'GViewer' program and viewed. Multiple data runs can be
merged for viewing and saved into a single merged data
file.
Additionally the fast correlation data (FC) which has
131,072 channels at 100 ps., 262,144 channels at 50 ps.,
or 393,216 channels at 33 ps. can be arbitrarily rebinned
using upto 20 rebinning parameter sets. The rebinned data
can then be output as X-Y parameters to a data file which
can be easily imported into an external analysis or veiwing
program.
